  • Represent the brand both on the shop floor as well as for out of store VIP Previews / Private Trunk Shows. 

  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting and engaging customers with a courteous manner. 

  • Create a luxurious experience for customers by asking relevant questions to determine customers’ needs, tailoring the service approach to the individual needs of a customer. 

  • Proactively enhance the customer experience by seeking ways to add value to ensure customer satisfaction and create customer loyalty by staging future visits. 

  • Acquire and apply product knowledge and effectively communicate them to customers to build the sale based on customer’s needs.

  • Closing the sale including upsell, cross-sell, and reinforcing customers purchase decision. ​

  • Follow-up on client enquiries and requests, including after sales services, proactively and efficiently.

  • Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment. 

  • Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g.: stock take & cycle counts, packing & unpacking, deliveries & returns) 


  • A minimum of 4-7 years previous experience in a similar fashion/ retail/ luxury background role. 

  • Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekends and Public Holiday, and willing to travel. 

  • Pleasant and presentable outlook and disposition with good interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with customers and team members. 

  • Good understanding of local luxury market and practices. 

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English including facilitation and presentation. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage. 

  • Fully Vaccinated.
